POZ Environmental, LLC was formed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the later part of 2005 by it's founder Emanuel T Posluszny (President) to serve environmental groups, individuals, firms, and government with "mission" focused philosophy. POZ will negotiate any problems or differences to achieve satisfaction of our client. Our mission is to provide clients with science and engineering to address environmental problems for federal/commercial offices. We believe that "Good Science Makes Better Engineering". We have made this our mission statement.
Emanuel has been a civil servant for more than 30 years serving the public in construction and research projects through site investigations, project proposals, feasibility studies, project management, and science/economic/engineering analysis. He has routinely upgraded his knowledge to state-of-the-art concepts and leading-edge technology (GIS, GPS, etc.) by being committed to a "Life-Long-Learning" philosophy. Emanuel has been working in the environmental field since 1978.

We will implement a quality assurance and control program for all projects undertaken. Our business plan will serve to focus on the standards which will be achieved and a means of measuring performance.

A systematic manner of sorting and retrieving a library of customers and environmental/computer needs will be implemented. We will incorporate our data into GIS software (ArcGIS) to be used in an AUTOCAD environment for detailed 3-D drawing. We will use state-of-the-art computer systems and software to accomplish our work. POZ will adopt the filing systems from our Microsoft and GIS software.
