Members of our staff have many years of experience and possess licensure to practice or certification to authenicate work.
Emanuel T. Posluszny, P.E. (PA & NJ) is the President of POZ. He is experienced in designing, estimating, managing, and contracting remediation, structural, and environmental projects. He also has extensive experience in the physical sciences (hydrology, geology, and hydro-geology). Emanuel has 2 degree: B.S. Environmental Science (1977), and B.S. Environmental Engineering (2003). Emanuel served two years on active duty in the Army Security Agency, then 15 years with the Army Reserves, and finally 7 years with the Air Force Reserves. His total military experience is 24 years and is now retired.
Kelly Bray, Esq. (PA) is an environmental lawyer. Besides knowledge of the various environmental laws, she is also experienced in wetland delineation. Currently, Kelly works part-time for POZ and full-time with a legal firm.
David Yeosock, P.E. (PA & KY) brings to the project team a broad range of professional experience in civil, mining, geotechnical and environmental engineering. Due to the highly disturbed nature of lands in Northeast Pennsylvania, Mr. Yeosock has employed sound engineering practices and innovative engineering approaches required in developing parcels which typically have a heavy industrial and/ or complex prior mining history. Dave has 19 Years of experience.
Jamie McIntyre, M.A. is a cultural resource specialist specializing in archeology. She has worked for 15 years with the environmental section of PennDOT. Prior to this, she was directly involved with many Native American finds in PA and NY.
Rebecca R. Posluszny, B.S. is an Information Technologist. She has experience with networks and the interface with software and hardware for the end user. She has 4 years of direct experience.
