Overview of Firm
POZ was created by Emanuel T Posluszny (President) to serve environmental groups/individuals/firms/government with "mission" focused philosophy. Emanuel has organized POZ to provide clients with quality consultation for the success of their project. Emanuel has been a civil servant for 30 years, and has conducted many site investigations, project proposals, feasibility studies, project management, and economic/engineering analysis. He has routinely upgraded his knowledge to state-of-the-art concepts and leading-edge technology (GIS, GPS, etc.). Although POZ has been in existence for a short time, Emanuel has been working in the environmental field since 1978.
POZ will negotiate any problems or differences to achieve satisfaction of our client. Our mission is to provide clients with science and engineering to address environmental problems for federal/commercial offices. We believe that "Good Science Makes Better Engineering!" We have made this our mission statement.

a. POZ offers their clients superior service accompanied with state-of-the-art analysis and design capabilities to better serve environmental groups, individuals, firms, government. We will offer three-dimensional visualization services to reduce the possibility of spatial conflicts with other engineering disciplines.
b. We will implement a quality assurance and control program for all projects undertaken. Our business plan will serve to focus on the standards which will be achieved and a means of measuring performance.
c. A systematic manner of sorting and retrieving a library of customers and environmental/computer needs will be implemented. We will incorporate our data into GIS software (ArcGIS) to be used in an AUTOCAD environment for detailed 3-D drawing. We will use state-of-the-art computer systems and software to accomplish our work. POZ will adopt the filing systems from our Microsoft and GIS software.
d. POZ's president has worked as a federal civil servant for 30 years as a scientist, COR, an engineer, a project manager, and a complaint investigator. He is familar with government's needs in both emergency and priority projects, which impact the public either at large or individually. As a COR he advised and assisted contracting officers in decisions concerning compliance and consequently payment of A&E and construction contractors. He is familar with government contracting regulations.
e. POZ's president is a service connected disabled veteran, who has 24 years of military service. He served as a squad-leader and platoon sergeant for a U.S. Army engineering company. He completed numerous leadership courses (BNOC, PLDC, and 7-Level). This leadership experience has given POZ its "mission" focused philosophy.
