Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, PE, and OSHA 1910.120 certified with recurrent training.  Over 20 years of experience in geophysical, environmental, and geotechnical remediation for projects and studies. Emanuel had 30 years of  federal government experience. He was certified by the federal government as a COR.  He has over 20 years of experience in AutoCAD, 7 Professional Publications, and completed over 200 projects, which he designed and managed. These projects ranged in cost from $2,000 to $200,000 and were completed either ahead of schedule or met the dead line date. He has conducted numerous site investigaitons for natural and man-made disasters to determine remediation practices.  Emanuel wrote numerous environmental assessment statements (EA) and consultation letters to appropriate agencies. Emanuel was the lead individual for the “bats-in-mines” program in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania.  He has designed many bat-friendly mine closures that protected the public and satisfied US Fish and Wildlife criteria for habitat preservation. Emanuel’s environmental background has kept him in compliance with NEPA standards for each project he designed. He has demonstrated strong problem solving techniques in his designs, which are detail orientated with his knowledge and experinece of AUTOCAD.  Emanuel is retired from the military with 24 years of honorable service.  He has held a Top Secret Crypto, Top Secret, and Secret clearances during his military career.
